Who We Are

Hi. We're NS Marketing. Our website address is: https://www.nsmarketing.net. If you're here, you're probably either (a) very curious, (b) very bored, or (c) a lawyer. All are welcome.

What We Collect (AKA: Digital Breadcrumbs)

When you visit our site, we collect some basic data like:

  • Your IP address (because the internet needs it to function — thanks, Al Gore).

  • What pages you viewed and for how long (no judgment if it’s just the homepage).

  • Your browser type, device info, and similar nerdy stuff via cookies and analytics tools.

 

If you fill out a form (which we love, thank you), we’ll collect whatever you type in, which is usually a name, email, maybe a company name, and sometimes a cleverly written message.

Why We Collect It (Spoiler: Not to Ruin Your Life)

  • Make our site better.

  • Respond to you like actual humans.

  • Occasionally send you marketing emails that are way more clever than spam.
     

We do not sell your info. Ever. Not to data brokers, not to shady ad networks, not even for a Klondike bar.

All of them have their own privacy policies and aren’t allowed to use your data for fun or profit.

How Long We Keep Stuff

 

We hang onto your data only as long as we need it for business, legal, tax-y government type reasons, or until we forget it exists and our system auto-purges it. You can ask us to delete your data anytime. We’ll do it, no questions asked (unless we legally have to keep it, in which case... bureaucracy).

If you're in the EU, California, or anywhere else with strong privacy laws  (yay, good for you!) you have rights:

  • Access your data

  • Correct your data

  • Delete your data

  • Opt out of marketing
